Our TVR Grantura MK3 setup is very close to the original but with a few modifications to increase reliability and performance. We have machined our own bearing spacers which can be shimmed for a perfect fit rather than using the old style crush tubes. Our hubs have been refurbished and use brand new Timken tapered roller bearings as well as a nitrile oil seal to protect them from dust and dirt. TVR Griffith 200/400 (30R setup):
For the TVR Griffith we have redesigned the hub to use a larger stub axle and sealed bearing, instead of two tapered bearings - as it is sealed it requires little to no maintenance. This setup can also be fitted to a TVR Granutra MK3 on request.Upgrades:
Both use bigger M14 wheels studs to handle the stress that racing puts on them. Also, our steering arms are CNC machined instead of cast to limit the chance of imperfections in the material which can lead to failure, and are thicker than the originals to make them stronger. We also machine our own alloy calliper brackets for type 14, 14P, 16 or 3POT callipers, to make sure they are lined up perfectly for optimum performance. The brakes and pads are included with the assembly as standard and the uprated 30R can have a 3POT calliper on request.Please contact us for a quote.
